Exchanges & Store Credit Returns
Domestic exchanges and store credit returns are accepted for unworn, undamaged items, within 3 days of receiving original package. All Pre-Orders are final sale.
Terms
Returns in exchange for store credit are accepted. Size exchanges and items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange if customers notify info@themindfulclub.co of any problems with merchandise within 72 hours of receiving.
If you choose to return your item, store credit will be applied upon the receival of the returned item. (Please allow 2-5 days for processing)
Items must be returned back to us within 3 days of delivery in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange and/or return if the merchandise does not meet this criterion. Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.
Exchanges are not available for any product returned to us after the 3 day window. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds/exchanged to process once we receive the exchange back at our warehouse. You will receive an email when we have issued a refund to your account. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back to our warehouse for exchange.
*All discounted merchandise that is purchased using any additional discount code is FINAL SALE and not available for exchange.
